13 Jun MUCUSLESS DIET HEALING SYSTEM (Dr. SEBI’S SAMPLE LIST)
Mucusless diet has been proven to cure a lot diseases and possibly all kind of diseases. It consistof a progressively changing your diet from mucus making foods to non-mucus making foods. According to prof. Arnold Ehert, “Every sick person has a more or less mucus-clogged system, such mucus being derived from undigested, un-eliminated, and unnatural food substances accumulated from childhood on.”
It is understood that mucus clogs the intestines and colon and most of the time glue itself pile after pile to the point of obstructing normal conditions for a good digestion. Mucus also accumulates over time and adds up every time we continue consuming mucus causing foods thereby causing constipations, worms’ friendly environment and diseases. In most-worse cases, the walls of the intestines and colon get lined up with a crust of hardened feces, a sign that the intense accumulation of mucus over time could rendered the intestines and colons inefficient. The system has been clogging up with mucus forming foods since childhood and that is why in order to remediate and get your health back, a mucus-less diet has to be considered.
Mucusless diet consist of fresh, ripe fruit and starch less vegetables. Fruits, green leaf and starchless vegetables do not have nor contain the pasty, gluey mucus substances and are natural foods. When considering the approach of mucusless diet healing system, the patient should be gradually changing his/her diet progressively by replacing mucus-forming foods with mucus-less foods followed by intermittent fasting. It is a system that cleanse and rid your body of the accumulated toxins and dirt build up in your body over time. And by gradually switching to fruits and green leaf and starchless vegetables, you will be cleansing your intestines, your colon including your whole digestive system before mucus clogs all the system that usually is the cause of all sickness. You can practice it one, two days at a time while progressively adding more days to your mucus-less regimen. Some would prefer a one meal a day to start and the remaining of the hours from that day spend eating nothing but fruits and vegetables. Dr. Sebi recommends fruits with seed as you might already noticed seedless fruits being sold at grocery stores. The reason in my opinion is because seedless fruits are genetically modified therefore no longer original and might potentially work in counter-clock of the immune system in the long run.
